Merlin is a confident outgoing dog, but also incredibly sweet.  Whilst I have been mostly concentrating on showing him I am pleased with how his obedience training is progressing and hope he will enjoy a working discipline when he is older too.  Thank you so much to his breeder, Sue, for offering him to me.

Here is his judges critique from North Devon Show 2009 where he was awarded his first BOB: b/w dog, an unbelievably only 7 months dog, showing great maturity, so sound on the move, very well off for bone and substance, so attentive to handler, well balanced head, very alert expression, strong neck and shoulder, good angulation on shoulders.  Moved with a powerful drive, sure he could work all day and still be ready for more.
